Refund Policy
At Vital Defense, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final with the following exceptions:
Returns & Exchanges
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll provide a replacement or store credit upon inspection.
- Incorrect Items Received: If you receive the wrong item, we’ll cover return shipping and send the correct product immediately.
- Non-returnable Items: Ammunition, firearms, magazines, and special-order items are not eligible for return unless there is a verified error or defect.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued only in the case of:
- Items damaged during shipping (with proof)
- Order cancellation before shipment
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
